With over 20 years of experience, he has successfully prosecuted thousands of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases and is a trusted authority on bankruptcy law.

An active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), Matt regularly speaks at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminars, training attorneys on complex bankruptcy issues. He has been recognized among Colorado’s top legal professionals, including being named one of Law Week Colorado’s Attorneys of the Year.
Matt’s expertise and leadership make him a key figure in Colorado’s bankruptcy law community.
With over two decades in the software industry, Richard Solner is a seasoned product developer who blends technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision. His career includes pivotal roles at industry giants like SPSS-IBM and leadership at Seed Labs, where he and his team built the official mobile apps for major events such as the ESPN X Games and Lollapalooza, leading to the company’s acquisition by a public entity.

Since then, Richard has led the development of AI-driven products, working alongside teams of data scientists and engineers to harness data for smarter decision-making. His passion lies in creating scalable solutions that simplify complexity and drive meaningful action. An Auburn University alumnus, Richard remains committed to advancing AI-driven innovation with a focus on real-world impact.
